Normally, the Corvette Bash at the National Corvette Museum every April is a chance for fiberglass fans to celebrate the Corvette's next model year; indeed, attendees of the weekend of April 26-28 will get to check out the 2015 Corvette Stingray, an opportunity that we highly recommend. New MG5 - but don't expect to see it until late 2013
The MG5 has been revealed – a Golf size hatch – and will launch in China this year. The UK and Europe will have to wait until late 2013. The first photos of the new MG 5 fluttered in to our inbox today, and it’s really the first time we’ve reported anything on the next MG from China since this time last year when we had early sketches of the MG5.

Aston Martin’s wedgy new Lagonda super-saloon was flown to Oman for testing this week, affording us this fresh look at the Middle East-only four-door. Oman Air publicised its role in transporting this prototype out to Muscat ‘as part of its early testing programme.’ We hope it travelled first class; the Lagonda will only be offered on sale to its wealthiest clients in the region. It’s only one month since Aston Martin confirmed the Lagonda project and issued a solitary teaser image of the saloon, side-on and shrouded in shadows.
